FAQ

What makes you different?

There isn't a single company passionately focused on helping artists and photographers sell more art directly from their own websites. This is our entire focus and mission. Educate yourself on our blog to get a better idea of ho we are and the customers we serve (the customers we serve are the ones executing on the strategies you see on the blog).

Are My Images Safe?

Absolutely, because we've implemented 3-layer image security system. First, there is no right-clicking. Second, there is a watermark over your images. Third, we only display a lower resolution image on your website, regardless of how large the original is. Your original image is never accessible on your website.

Can I use an Art Storefront with my existing website?

Yes.

What types of support do you offer?

Currently we offer email, messaging, and some phone support (appointments encouraged). You will find that we are very hands-on and extremely responsive. Expect quick answers to questions.

Can I use my own domain name?
e.g. www.mysite.com

Yes. If you don't have a domain name, you can buy one and connect it with your Art Storefront. If you already have one, all you have to do is connect it according to our instructions.

This Feature is in Beta Testing

This feature has been released for beta testing. This means it's possible that you might run into a bug. It also means this feature may still be a "work in progress" in terms of functionality -- so if you're expecting perfection, don't use this feature!

We encourage you to use this feature, because your usage will help us find and fix any bugs related to it. It will also help us to fully release this feature in a shorter period of time.

WARNING: If you plan to introduce any custom code in this area, you need to understand the risks involved. This is a courtesy reminder that Art Storefronts Technical Support is not equipped to troubleshoot custom code, and technical support for custom code is not covered by your license.

If you need help after implementing custom code, you will need to contact the web developer and/or person who implemented the custom code.
